Diagnostic Testing Division
We plan to manufacture and market a line of products for use in
the Equine and Bovine markets. Manufacturing beyond test products
will begin in 2008.
The product line outlined here is constantly expanding as we
find new applications for our technology. We find these
applications within the target market segments of our existing
products as well as in adjacent markets. In many cases these
product line expansions will only require a simple reformulation
of an existing product.
Bridge™ Technology
Our flagship Dairy Division forms the core of our Company. This
solid foundation is protected by trade secret methodology.
Our target customers form a highly concentrated contingent within the dairy industry. While there are tens of thousands of dairies in the United States, we will target the 3,000 largest dairies that control approximately 4 million of the 9 million total dairy cows in the country. This well defined group, clustered into seventeen regions of the U.S., will comprise our customer base.
We plan to sell directly to the largest dairies in the US through
a technical field force. We may also form distribution partnerships
with established companies that are already entrenched in the dairy
industry.

Derivatives Division
As a derivative of our IgG substitute manufacturing, including the plasma extracted from our host herd, we have the ability to produce large quantities of valuable components that can be used in Nutraceutical products.

Diagnostic Testing Division
We are in the midst of determining the best diagnostic panel for each industry we serve. We believe we will be able to introduce this advanced diagnostic testing technology into each of our client industries as we move forward with each of our other divisions.
Until now, quantization of molecular assays has relied heavily on secondary reagents and labeled detection technologies. Our novel, direct detection technology eliminates the need for secondary or labeled reagents. The detection method known as Spinning Disc Interferometry (SDI) measures the change in refractive index of a beam of light introduced by mass bound to a reflective surface. Label-free detection methods have long been pursued because of their promise to significantly reduce the cost of running assays based upon immunologic reactions. Our SDI bio-disc platform allows users to rapidly detect and quantify over 1,000 unique antigens, biomarkers, or other molecular species on a single array. The technology requires comparatively little sample preparation and produces quantitative results with unprecedented range and sensitivity.
The Diagnostic Testing Division sells to all the markets through partnership with large veterinary practices in key areas of the country. These vet practices will have the ability to introduce advanced, state of the art diagnostics that are 300 times more sensitive than the latest ELISA tests currently thought of as "Gold Standard". A diagnostic panel as customized for industry will allow the vet to test a larger amount of the herd with a small blood sample from each tested animal. Increased sensitivity will allow for earlier detection and possible eradication through a supplemental program.
